To everyone who fished, filmed, worked, and watched Slopfest 2009... Thank you very much... This was the first year of the event and in my book... an
overwhelming success, despite a few small glitches which we've taken into account for next year. The feedback from the guys and gals who fished it has been so positive that we're
planning on making the event bigger and more "involved" next year. Those details will hopefully emerge sometime around Christmas.
Along with this bigger and better event comes a website that we will be launching along with the 2010 event schedule. Everything will be located at this
web address so check back often. In the meantime, I've taken a very small portion of the work that's been accomplished on the new website and hacked it apart to help release our
first ever Slopfest Video, tournament results, and photos to the general public. When I post the final site... you'll notice a difference... trust me.
